RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for purchasing from Matteo Prints. Please review our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Deciding you no longer want the item
• Ordering the incorrect size or design
• Personal preference after delivery
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging our art prints. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• You must provide clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• The packaging it arrived in
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
3. Replacement Process
• Approved replacements will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order.
• We do not offer refunds for damaged items; replacement only.
4. Non-Returnable Items
All art prints are considered non-returnable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or faulty.
